At Paulina Warszawa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garment is unworn and includes the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warsaw

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
